The Adventure Journal also features weekend cabins. Here's one from the Gulf Islands in BC. I love how nature and architecture just blend together. This is the type of stuff they teach in design school - how buildings respond to their surroundings. Forget about all the pink stucco boxes of suburbia that don't reflect the site at all. And longing for something that blends in is what makes it so hard to find a house!
