Garden Inspiration

I bought a little solar light as shown in the first image for my balcony today ($2.96 at Walmart, so figured it's worth a try). Then as I googled solar lights I came across all these images that are making me consider putting a wood floor over my concrete balcony.  I'd love to have a little oasis like that, maybe even incorporate a fountain to hear running water.  And I think I'd need more rocks from places.
